Public utility easements are administrative limitations on the right to property, they are established for the benefit of public persons, concessionaires of public services or public works, private persons engaged in an activity in the public interest. The collection and conservation of public utility easements is a sovereign task of the State, which must bring them to the attention of local and regional authorities so that they may annex them to their urban planning documents. The public utility easements concerned are those defined by the Urban Planning Code and their annexes. They result from the establishment of the Predictable Natural Risk Prevention Plans (PPRNP) drawn up pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code. PPRNPs are intended to prevent natural hazards such as floods, terrain movements. This lot of easements contains generators, plates, legal acts, associated relational tables (list of easements, lists of deeds, list of managers and relationship table between deeds and easements).
