Limnological data from lake Simoncouche (Saguenay, QC, Canada) during winter 2020-2021

This dataset comprises limnological data from 5 depths under the ice of boreal lake Simoncouche during winter 2020-2021, as well as the respective overturns where sampling was conducted on integrated water column. Included information covers physico-chemical variables, nutrient concentrations, dissolved carbon quantity (DOC, DIC) and quality (spectral indices, PARAFAC), bacterial production, bacterial respiration and primary production. In addition to in situ measurements, maximum primary production and light-response curves were defined with incubations along a light gradient, this data is provided in a separate file.
