<b><i>Dataset from BioRxiv paper!<br></i></b><br>Full resolution X-ray micro CT reconstructions of tomato stems from healthy plants and plants infected with Ralstonia (a bacterial wilt pathogen). <br><br>This data is from the experiment where plants with <b>intact </b>root and leaf systems were imaged. So the few air-filled xylem vessels (black) correspond to <i>non-functional</i> vessels that are filled with air instead of sap (grey).<br><br>The first file has information on how to interpret the image and it notes some of the reconstruction artefacts that are visible in the images. <br><br>Subsequently, the composite supplemental figure is present. This fig shows low resolution versions of each of the samples and are organized by condition. Each high resolution cross-section is labeled with the sample ID in the file name:<br>1. <b>HP </b>and <b>HS</b>: <b>H</b>ealthy Stems<br>2. <b>P</b> <b>- </b><i>Ralstonia</i> GMI1000 infected stems at variable disease stage<br>Raw data is available upon request. Each sample is ~2-10 Gb, and we could not find a public database to deposit the data into. <br><br>
