Data for: Transcranial Calcium Macro-Imaging from the Auditory Cortex of Thy1-driven GCaMP8 Transgenic Rats

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled: "Transcranial Calcium Macro-Imaging from the Auditory Cortex of Thy1-driven GCaMP8 Transgenic Rats" The dataset contains wide-field transcranial calcium imaging data recorded from the auditory cortex of Thy1-driven GCaMP8 transgenic rats, together with synchronized auditory stimulus timing information. Imaging data were originally acquired in National Instruments TDMS format and subsequently converted into multi-page TIFF image stacks and CSV files containing camera TTL signals and sound stimulus timing. This dataset includes:- Raw TDMS files generated during acquisition- Converted multi-page TIFF imaging data- CSV files with stimulus and TTL timing information- A LabVIEW program used for data conversion Detailed descriptions of file formats, data structure, and conversion procedures are provided in the accompanying README file.
