Characterization of the wastewater resistome and mobilome at community scale

This study aimed to characterize wastewater microbial communities collected from different neighborhoods in Girona with contrasting socioeconomic status. It specifically analyzed the resistome and mobilome to assess the potential influence of socioeconomic factors on the presence and distribution of resistance genes and mobile genetic elements.
