iNaturalist observations from Tasmania, Australia to 2021-05-15

This archive contains two files. "observations-149869.csv" contains all iNaturalist observations from Tasmania, Australia as of 15 May 2021, as downloaded from the iNaturalist website. "working_version.tsv" is a tab-separated version of the iNaturalist CSV with carriage returns and some invisible control characters removed. 236 records had the "observed_on" field blank, but 95 of those records had interpretable dates in the "observed_on_string", and I added "observed_on" dates in those 95 records. As downloaded the CSV had a header and 88546 records and 63 fields. I added a 64th field to the TSV, "taxon_type", to contain either the formal rank of the entry in the "scientific_name" field, or a suitable description, e.g. "informal taxon".
