资源简介:
The study describes bacterial communities of soil microcosms as affected by diverse pharmaceuticals (Carbamazepine, Citalopram, Clindamycin, Fexofenadine, Irbesartan, Sulfamethoxazole, and their mixture). We selected 5 arable soils (Cambisol, Luvisol, Phaeozem, Chernozem Haplic, Chernozem Siltic) in Central Europe and amended (or not) with selected pharmaceuticals in order to evaluate bacterial community changes which may reflect alternations in soil functioning. Soil microcosms were exposed to treatments for immediate (1 day), short (13 days), and long (61 days) term. The soil samples were collected afterward and amplicon libraries of bacterial 16S rRNA (V4 region) were constructed and sequenced by Illumina (2x150bpPE). Paired-reads for each sample were quality filtered and merged into one file and uploaded.
