Data Collection: Collect categorized information including vehicle type, vehicle usage type, inspection method, inspection items and other relevant classification data; 2. Vehicle Engine Inspection: Obtain relevant vehicle engine data results by inspecting whether the vehicle engine exhibits engine oil burning or severe black smoke emission; 3. Data Processing: Screen out the detection results of vehicle engine inspection issues for vehicle safety evaluation, and calculate the Incidence Rate of Vehicle Engine Problems as follows: Incidence Rate of Vehicle Engine Problems = (Number of vehicles with detected engine problems) / (Total number of vehicles undergoing engine inspections); 4.
