Variability of 27 Autosomal STR Loci for the Population of the Republic of Belarus. Homo sapiens

Variability of 27 autosomal STR loci of the ForenSeq DNA Signature Prep Kit (Illumina) commercial panel studied in order to create forensic reference database for the population of the Republic of Belarus. 13 alleles were detected not included in the STRSeq BioProject catalog of the international online database STRbase 2.0. Annotation of the repeat region for new alleles detected realized according to the guidance of the ISFG (International Society of Forensic Genetics), PMID: 26844919. Allele frequencies established for the Belarusian population.
