Electronic monitoring

The dataset contains basic units for electronic monitoring by the SPD. At present, electronic surveillance can be applied by releasing the offender conditionally before the term of serving of the custodial sentence. Electronic monitoring is an opportunity to get rid of prisons faster. Electronic surveillance ensures effective control and is implemented in combination with other monitoring measures aimed at changing the mindset and resocialisation of the convicted person. The electronic monitoring units in the data set shall be available with the following cross-sectional variables: * deadline for electronic monitoring * successful implementation of electronic monitoring * conditional pre-determination monitoring term * gender * age * employment * level of education * place of residence by postcode
