KolektorSDD2 is a surface defect detection dataset containing over 3000 images with various defect types, which was obtained while addressing real-world industrial problems. The dataset consists of: 356 images with visible defects and 2979 defect-free images. The image size is approximately 230 × 630 pixels. The training set includes 246 positive images and 2085 negative images, while the test set contains 110 positive images and 894 negative images.
