SDG 8.8.2 - Level of national compliance with labour rights (freedom of association and collective bargaining), score

This dataset reports Qatar's annual score for national compliance with the fundamental labour rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining under SDG indicator 8.8.2. The score is derived by coding six International Labour Organization (ILO) supervisory-body textual sources and national legislation against a set of evaluation criteria. It ranges from 0 to 10: 0 is the best possible score and indicates higher compliance, while 10 is the worst possible score and indicates lower compliance. The score should be interpreted cautiously because it is based on textual sources and is not intended as a tool for comparing ILO member States; reporting obligations differ between ratifying and non-ratifying States
