Genera and species recorded in Antarctic (A) and Subantarctic (S) waters with regard to their depth and various geographical zones. W.sp: number of world species. Antarctic waters: C-circumpolar, Sc-Scotia Sea, p-Antarctic Peninsula, b-Bellingshausen Sea, r-Ross Sea, w-Weddell Sea, e-East Antarctic zone. Subantarctic waters: s-South America, k-Kerguelen Is., c-Crozet Is., n-New Zealand Plateau, t-Tristan da Cunha Is. b-Bouvet Is., M+PE-Marion & Prince Edwards Is., St.P+A-Saint Paul & Amsterdam Is.
