Zinc finger protein 251 deficiency impairs glucose metabolism through adipocyte hypertrophy

To investigate glucose intolerance and white adipocyte hypertrophy shown in ZFP251 knockout (KO) mice, We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from the RNA-seq of epididymal white adipose tissue (eWAT). We performed RNA-seq from ZFP251 KO and its littermate wild-type mice to understand ZFP251 function in eWAT.
