The European Chemical Biology Database (ECBD) is a FAIR-compliant, open-access repository for chemical biology screening data generated by the EU-OPENSCREEN consortium. It stores both positive and negative assay results from primary and counter-screens conducted against a defined library of >107,000 compounds, encompassing ~4.3 million data points across 89 datasets (48 public).
