Overview This image service provides current color aerial imagery for the urban extent of Broward County, Florida. It is a managed mosaic dataset of countywide raster tiles delivered as 8 bit RGB imagery with 3 bands and no compression. The service covers a local county area in Web Mercator and supports image display, catalog access, and metadata review. The imagery is provided at approximately 6 inch pixel resolution and is organized from individual TIFF files with world files, supporting detailed visual interpretation across the county. Mosaic Properties This service is based on a mosaic dataset that combines many aerial tiles into a countywide image collection. The default mosaic method is Northwest, and the service can also use Center, Lock Raster, By Attribute, Nadir, Viewpoint, Seamline, and None. Up to 450 images can be composited at once. Catalog access exposes item-level metadata such as image name, category, product name, group name, center location, and pixel scale fields.
