Acute erythroid leukemia (AEL) is a unique subtype of acute myeloid leukemia characterized by prominent erythroid proliferation, whose molecular basis is poorly understood. To elucidate the underlying mechanism of erythroid proliferation, we performed comprehensive genomic study.
