Modern testate amoebae assemblages in the ombrotrophic bog Bakcharskoye

This dataset includes raw testate amoebae data from the diverse microsites on the surface of the ombrotrophic bog Bakcharskoye. the bog is located in the southern taiga subzone of West Siberia and consists of different types of bog ecosystems. These data are useful in analysis of ecology of testate amoeba taxa and also can be applied for the development of a transfer function model for the following reconstruction in palaeoecological researches.
