资源简介:
This study employed high-throughput transcriptome sequencing (RNA-Seq) to analyze gene expression changes in the desert halophyte Suaeda aralocaspica under salt stress. Experimental treatments included different concentrations of NaCl: 0mM (control), 500mM, and 1000mM. Root and leaf tissue samples were collected at 48 hours post-stress initiation, with three biological replicates per treatment group. The primary goal is to comprehensively identify key differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in response to salt stress and to investigate genes involved in crucial biological processes such as ion homeostasis, osmotic adjustment, reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging, and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis. This dataset provides a valuable foundation for understanding the unique molecular mechanisms of salt tolerance in S. aralocaspica and offers insights into stress adaptation strategies of desert plants and the genetic improvement of salt
