Deletion of IRF8 results in gene expression changes in lineage-c-kit+Sca-1+ CD48- CD150+ cells from mouse bone marrow. We analyzed lineage- c-kit+ Sca-1+ CD48- CD150+ cells from the bone marrow of IRF8 wild-type or knockout mice using the Affymetrix mouse 430 2.0 array platform. Array data was processed by Affymetrix Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Array Computational Tool. No technical replicates were performed.
