Dordogne: Zoning of land use premiums
收藏资源简介:
Zoning of premium for spatial planning of the Dordogne. With a budget of around EUR 40 million per year, the Spatial Planning Premium (PAT) scheme is one of the few direct investment aid schemes for companies at national level. Its action is oriented around two types of projects: on the one hand, creations, extensions or takeovers of industrial or service enterprises established in the regional aid zones (AFR) and, on the other hand, research and development and innovation programmes of industrial or service enterprises throughout the metropolitan area. The consequent decrease in “AFR” zoning for the period 2007-2013, the evolution of the European regulatory context, the independent evaluation of the PAT scheme published in 2006 and the evolution of international competition for industrial development projects have led to a profound overhaul of the scheme of the spatial planning premium. Decree No. 2007-809 of 11 May 2007/PAT industry and services (consolidated version on legifrance) Decree No 2007-1029 of 15 June 2007/PAT research, development and innovation (consolidated version on legifrance)
