GIS layer describing TEPCVs in the Cantal Department, resulting from the Energy Transition for Green Growth Act of 17 August 2015. A PET-CV is a territory of excellence in the energy and ecological transition. The community is committed to reducing the energy needs of its people, construction, economic activities, transportation, recreation. It proposes a comprehensive programme for a new development model that is more sober and more economical. Six policy areas are prioritised in these territories.
