Data: Urothelial carcinoma single-cell RNA-seq (FGFR-inhibitor resistance / NRG1)

Processed single-cell RNA-seq objects (Seurat / CellView) supporting Hosni, Kilian et al., Cancer Research 2024 — adipocyte-precursor-derived NRG1 promotes resistance to FGFR inhibition in urothelial carcinoma.
