Nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) are pivotal element for proper plant growth and development. We performed microarray analysis of rice shoot and root after nitrogen deficiency (-N) treatment under phosphorus deficiency (-P) condition to obtain a global view of gene regulations associated with plant response to -N under -P condition. We performed microarray analysis of rice shoot and root treated with both phosphorus and nitrogen deficiencies (-P/-N) and only phosphorus deficiency (-P) for 6 hours after a 5-day P deficiency (-P) treatment, respectively. We collected a total of 12 microarray data corresponding to 4 samples with 3 replicates.
