The temporal gaps identified in the Gaia second data release epoch photometry as detailed in the first Completeness of the Gaia-verse paper (Table 1). The start, end and duration of each gap is given in the Gaia On-Board Mission Timeline (OBMT) in units of revolutions. These gaps in time are those which did not contribute any photometric data to the second data release in any of the G, BP and RP bands, but there is one additional gap lasting from OBMT = 2751.605 - 2755.000 revolutions which only applies to the BP and RP bands.
