Land resource map — FKB-AR5 — forest bondity

Forest bondity is a property with its own presentation rules in the nationwide data set AR5. The property provides information about the bonity in all areas below the forest border. The data set is adapted to use on scales from 1:1000 onwards. AR5 is derived from the earlier fields in Economic Mapping. The property to be used to produce the map layer is called ARSKOGBON in SOSI format and forest bondity in gml and gdb format. Legal property values according to the code list are: 15 — very high; 14 — High. 13 — Medium; 12 — Low; 11 — Impediment. Area in square meters is listed under AREA_C. The municipalities are responsible for continuous updating and NIBIO is responsible for periodic updates. It is not necessary to download the data set more than once to produce all the map layers in the dataset.
