Survey Dataset for: From CPU to GPU: Resource Demand Structure Shapes Research Outcome Realization in National Supercomputing Systems

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses used in the study "From CPU to GPU: Resource Demand Structure Shapes Research Outcome Realization in National Supercomputing Systems". The survey was conducted to examine expected usage patterns of a next-generation national supercomputing system and their relationship to research productivity realization. The dataset includes information on research fields, expected CPU and GPU resource requirements, GPU memory needs, input data size, expected productivity improvements, realization time, and anticipated impact targets. All personal identifiers have been removed to ensure anonymity. A codebook describing variable definitions and measurement scales is included in the dataset file. This dataset is provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the research findings.
