Land register GPKG Reference date 1.4.2023

The Digital Catastral Folder (DKM) is the graphical database of the cadastre in the coordinate system of the Austrian State Survey. It is managed by the competent surveying offices by catastral community. The DKM illustrates the location of the plots and contains: the Limits of Land — the property numbers — Usage Limits and Symbols — the fixed, border and state border points with their numbers — Other presentations The consistency of the data between the DKM and the land register is ensured by a daily comparison of the databases. Land directory The land register is the real estate database of the cadastre and is managed by catastral community. It contains for each plot: — Katastral municipality number — Property number — Type of use and associated use — additional legal information (if available) Areas of use — Measure of income Business case number — Catastral municipality number of the deposit number — Number of deposits — other information to make it easier to identify Reference date = creation date: The data for this day are the most up-to-date database of the BEV. This is not identical with the recording or survey date.
