Municipal Plan Proposals
收藏资源简介:
The municipal plan must be the general management document of the municipality. It shall provide a framework for the company’s plans and measures, and plans for use and protection of land in the municipality. All municipalities must have a municipal plan. A collective municipal plan consists of both a community part with action part and one area. The municipality decides through the decision of the municipal planning strategy whether the municipality should carry out a full municipal planning audit of all the parts, or whether only parts of the municipal plan should be revised, and what the audit is to be based on. The municipal plan shall safeguard both municipal, regional and national goals, interests and tasks, and should cover all important objectives and tasks in the municipality. It shall be based on the municipal planning strategy and shall apply guidelines and orders from state and regional authorities. A municipal sub-plan may be drawn up for specific areas, topics or business areas. The municipal plan proposal is in this context the plan map that is prepared in connection with the revision of the municipal plan. The data set is generated from the nationwide copy of the municipal plan proposal. This is kept up to date with data from the original planning data in the municipalities. The update takes place by periodic copying from the municipalities’ data or synchronisation.
