This study investigates the impact of dietary supplementation with Amorphophallus muelleri flour on the ileal microbial community structure in broiler chickens (Gallus gallus domesticus). Broilers were divided into two groups: one fed a standard commercial diet and the other fed the same diet supplemented with A. muelleri flour. The ileal contents were collected and analyzed using 16S rRNA gene sequencing to assess changes in microbial diversity, composition, and relative abundance of bacterial taxa.
