资源简介:
We analyzed the T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire of memory CD8+ T cells (CD8+ T cells excluding CD45RA+CD27+) isolated from invaded lymph nodes (LNs), non-invaded LNs, and primary tumors of patients with luminal breast cancer. Our findings revealed shared oligoclonal TCRs between LN and tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells, suggesting local recirculation of tumor-enriched T cells. Overall design: TCR-Ã sequencing of sorted CD8+ Tcells from breast cancer patients.CD8+ Tcells were purified and processed from matched non-invaded lymph node (N=3), invaded lymph node (N=3) and tumors (N=3).
