Skeletal muscle methylation signatures of obese high- and low- responders to endurance exercise training

The participants performed 8 weeks of superised aerobic endurance exercise. Skeletal muscle biopsise were taken at rest before and after intervention and matched analysis was performed. We performed DNA methylation array on skeletal muscle biopsies before and after exercise training intervention.
