Development plans (Landkreis Göttingen)

Development plans are the result of concrete small-scale planning, which are usually set up for a small sub-area (at most one district, or even only for a plot). They are legally binding and therefore decisive for the building intentions of the citizens. Development plans are adopted as statutes by a municipality. The development plans of a municipality must be developed from the land use plan of that municipality. The establishment of a development plan must not contradict the descriptions of the land use plan. The district of Göttingen has only the plans made available by the municipalities.
