To identify whether florigen also induces the expression of BnaA9.NST3, we attempted to transiently producing additional FT protein in the leaves by Agrobacterium-based delivery of PVX vectors harbouring Bna.FTs gene. Then, we conducted RNA-Seq analysis using PVX and PVX-FT leaves after 7 dpi to explore the genome-wide transcriptional landscape dictated by Bna.FTs in B. napus. we used RT-qPCR to detect the BnFT expression levels of all PVX-FT transfected plants. 10 plants with small differences in expression levels were selected for RNA-seq, of which five plants were equally mixed as FT#1 (Sample name: N10), and the other five plants were equally mixed as FT#2 (Sample name: N11). Moreover, five PVX empty vector transfected plants were equally mixed as PVX vector group (Sample name: WT). The PVX vector group and each mixed sample have two replicates.
