In the present, the agriculture and food industry is expanding, both in domestic and international markets. Therefore, food distribution in the supply chain necessitates cold chain logistics to preserve the value of the products to the fullest extent. This has increased awareness of the costs and losses incurred during transportation. Agricultural products are particularly susceptible to damage and spoilage. This study focuses on network design strategies and provides a model for effectively optimizing the cold chain for fruits while minimizing carbon emissions.
