Citizen Services Requests May 2026

The Citizen Services Desk answers calls relating to any city matter. Citizens are able to make requests for garbage, potholes, ditch cleaning and much more through the call center. Citizens are also able to create an online account and make requests that way. This dataset contains those requests, their assigned department, status, latitude and longitude within the last 30 days. This report is updated monthly.
