Metal-Doped MAPbBr3 Single Crystal p-n Junction Photodiode for Self-Powered Photodetection

This data set describes the effect of doping MAPbBr3 perovskite with various metal ions on the quality of the resulting single crystal. The data set contains structural and optical characteristics. Single crystals were used for the fabrication of planar type photodetector and the subsequent data set contains electrical properties, current−time, photocurrent density, responsivity, specific detectivity and external quantum efficiency as a function of irradiation intensity.
