As an integral component of Data Terra, it primarily provides access to environmental data related to continental surfaces and integrates scientific expertise, with a focus on five core thematic areas: the cryosphere, continental waters, land cover, agricultural systems and biodiversity, as well as imaging and radiometry. Leveraging its distributed processing capabilities and a network of scientific expertise centers, the center provides terrestrial surface-related data products and services for researchers and public institutions.
