The Impact of Climatic Variations on the Global Distribution and Prevalence of Mpox Disease

This is the data collected for the linear regression and time forecasting analyses of the impact of climatic variations on the global distribution and prevalence of Mpox Disease. It contains data from 52 countries all over the world. Important data collected are the average mean surface air temperature in degree celcius, climate type based on the Koppen classification, precipitation in millimetres, number of confirmed MPOX cases and the number of mortality cases from Mpox. Other data collected include the net migration rate, literacy rate and the international monetary fund gross domestic product for each of the selected country.
