We treated HCT116 cells with β -elememe to find the differential expression of the gene in the treatment of colorectal cancer by transcriptome sequencing. β-- Elememe has a certain therapeutic effect on colorectal cancer, and we used a certain concentration of β-- Elememe to treat colorectal cancer cells for whole-transcriptome sequencing to study the related mechanism.
