The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the ‘Sonne (original script)’ development plan of the municipality of Binzen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: General residential area, mixed area in the area Hauptstraße, Johann-Peter-Hebel-Straße.
