RNAseq analysis of protein expression in synovial tissue of control or model rats (CIA model) in wildtype rat group or CD47 knockout group

To see protein expression on an mRNA level in rat synovial tissue in four groups of rats (wildtype normal, CD47 knockout normal, wildtype model, CD47 knockout model). Model means collagen-induced arhtritis in rats. To see the important role of CD47 in the development of rheumatoid arthritis. To see the mechanism for CD47 knockout to alleviate RA symptom by measuring the expression of CD47 and related molecules in wildtype and CD47 knockout model rat synivial tissue in comparison with wildtype and CD47 knockout normal rats.
