A genomic perspective on the conservation status of the endangered Nashville crayfish (Faxonius shoupi)

We used genotyping-by-sequencing to genotype SNPs to assess genetic variation and connectivity of Faxonius shoupi in the Mill Creek drainage in Middle Tennessee and to investigate the taxonomy and demographic history of the newly discovered population at Pickwick Dam in the Lower Tennessee River drainage.
