Politically Manufactured Unemployability under Authoritarian Rule: Qualitative Evidence from Bangladesh

This study is based on qualitative in-depth interview (IDI) data (N = 26) exploring experiences of politically motivated exclusion from public sector employment in Bangladesh. Due to the sensitive and politically charged nature of the interview content, and to protect the confidentiality and safety of participants, the raw interview transcripts are not publicly available. Data supporting the findings of this study are available upon reasonable request from the corresponding author, subject to appropriate ethical approval and data protection agreements.
