The study was aimed at investigation the compositional and functional variation in small intestinal and fecal gut microbiome of celiac disease patients and their first degree relatives. We amplified the bacterial 16S rRNA gene form gDNA and sequenced using Illumina HiSeq2000 (PE 1*100). The reads were analyzed in QIIME.
