This project aims at sequencing a few Terrisporobacter species.. Genome sequencing of Terrisporobacter species

We have identified from our diagnostic lab a few cases of infections of Terrisporbacter species, mainly glycolicus. However, a recent infection caused by a new species closely related to T. glycolicus prompted the sequencing of all Terrisporobacter strains isolated in our lab.
