snRNA-seq analysis of dorsal striatum in a mouse model of 22q11 deletion syndrome

We performed snRNA-seq on dorsal striatum of young adult (postnatal day 64) Df(16)1/+ mice and wildtype littermates. Nuclei were isolated from frozen tissue as previously described (PMID 30371670), and libraries were prepared using the 10× Genomics Chromium Next GEM Single Cell Kit (v3.1). Overall design: Mice were heterozygotes or wildtype littermates from the Df(16)1 line and a mixture of males and females. Heterozygotes are hemizygous in a region homologous to the human 22q11.2 locus.
