Promoter capture Hi-C of human airway smooth muscle cells

To identify distal chromatin contacts between promoters and their putative regulatory elements in human airway smooth muscle cells (ASMC), we performed Hi-C with a capture step to enrich the library for contacts involving promoters. Promoter capture Hi-C was performed according to PMID: 29988018 The cells were cultured and maintained in 10% FBS in PBS for 24 hours with no additional treatment given. probes-MboI_fragments-hg19.baitmap.bz2 can be used in CHiCAGO to call interactions. Interactions provided correspond to hg19 coordinates.
