RNA-seq data from three Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains with different protein productivity

The budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a popular host to be used to produce recombinant proteins. Here we studied three yeast strains with different productivity using the RNA-seq data to elucidate the mechanisms for improving protein production.出芽酵母酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）是重组蛋白生产的经典宿主菌株。本研究利用转录组测序（RNA-seq）数据，对三株蛋白表达产能存在差异的酵母菌株展开分析，旨在阐明提升蛋白生产效率的分子机制。
