This dataset encompasses precision life monitoring data for ball screws. The ball screw precision life monitoring experiment was carried out in the laboratory of Xi'an Jiaotong University between November 2020 and January 2021, which coincides with the data collection period. The data was acquired using a grating ruler. This dataset is primarily intended for ball screw precision life prediction tasks. The dataset consists of a single standalone file with no additional folders or directory structures. The sole table within the dataset contains 7 columns, which respectively correspond to the clearance values at 7 positional points.
